自制套管单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术15例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨自制套管单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术的可行性和安全性。方法 2009年10月至2010年3月,我们采用自制套管行单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术15例。其中男9例,女6例。年龄32～67岁,平均46岁。肾囊肿直径3.4～11.2cm,其中直径<5cm有2例,均有明显腰腹部疼痛症状。结果手术时间45～78min,平均56min。无中转其他术式。术中出血15～45ml,平均20ml。术后住院7～11d,平均9d。术中术后未发生明显并发症。随访1～5个月,经超声、CT复查,未见复发。结论自制套管单孔后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术安全可行。Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of the treatment of renal cysts by home-made single port retroperitoneal laparoscopy.Methods From October 2009 to March 2010,15 patients with renal cysts were treated by home-made single port retroperitoneoscopic technology.Nine patients were male and 6 were female,aged from 32 to 67 years,the median age was 46 years.Renal cyst were 3.4-11.2 cm in diameters.The diameter of the renal cysts less than 5 cm were in 2 patients who had obvious waist abdominal discomfort or pain.Results The operation time was 45-78 min（mean 56 min）,no conversion to open or standard laparoscopic surgery.The blood loss was 15-45 ml（mean 20 ml） and the postoperative hospital stay was 7 to 11 days（mean 9 days）.No complications occurred during or after opertion.With 1-5 months follow-up,In ultrasound or CT,no recurrence of renal cysts had been found.Conclusion The treatment of renal cysts by home-made single port retroperitoneoscopy is safe and feasible.
