上提眼睑对泪膜破裂时间的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨上提眼睑引起的泪膜破裂时间的改变。方法：对五名学生分别检测上提眼睑（HTBUT）和未提眼睑（TBUT）时的泥股破裂时间，并进行比较，结果：HTBUT的均值为10．469±5381s，TBUT的均值为11.3312±5.468s，两者无明显的差异；男性的TB叶均值11.5838±5.915s，女性TBUT均值为11．0788±5.165s，无显著差异。结论：认为轻微上提眼睑对泪膜稳定性无明显的影响，To discuss the changes of BUT caused by lilting the eyelid. Methods: HYBUT was measured in left eye of 32 students by amng the uplid and TBUT in right eye without lifting the uplid. Redts: The resultS sh0wed that there were no siedcant fferences between TBUT with or without uning the uplid. There was also no si^cant difference be-tween male and female. Conclusion: Slight un of the eyelid had no effects on the measurement stabilitV 0f tear filn.
