摘 要:仓鼠到大鼠原位肝移植是研究异种肝移植的较好动物模型,因手术难度较大,限制了其使用。我们针对仓鼠自身的解剖特点,在大鼠同种原位肝移植技术基础上作了多项改进,采用三袖套法进行了38例仓鼠到大鼠原位肝移植,手术成功率高达89.5%(34/38),无肝期10.8±3.0分钟,简化了手术操作,缩短了手术时间,大大提高手术成功率,为广泛开展异种肝移植研究提供了简易而又稳定的动物模型。Liver transplantation in hamstertorat is a good model for the research in xenograft, but it is difficult to be performed. In order to simplify its procedures, 38 cases of liver transplantation in hamstertorat were performed with several technique improvments on the basis of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. In the light of hamster's anatomy, three cuffs anastomosis method was used. Because of its high stability and high survival rate, the model can be used widely as the research for liver xenograft.
