境外图书馆职业资格认证制度对国内的启示

摘　　要：文章简单分析介绍了英、美、日、韩和我国台湾地区的图书馆职业资格认证制度的特点,结合国内对该制度的研究进展,提出在完善图书馆学专业教育制度的基础上,国内的图书馆员职业资格认证可采取多元机制,同时还应完善图书馆的职业回报制度。The paper introduced the characters of library professional qualification certificate system in several developed countries and Taiwan of China.Suggested that the educational system on library science should be improved,the library certificate mode could be more flexible,and the library salary system also need to be improved.
