摘　　要：回顾了2000-2008年期间国家图书馆举办业界培训发送信息的工作。介绍了邮政信函批量传递信息时显示的特征,分析了邮政信函传递培训信息的利弊。探讨了使用E-mail发送培训信息的优势和局限性,认为E-mail对传递培训信息具有积极的作用。Reviewed the information transmission work for the library field training held by the national library from 2000 to 2008,this paper introduced the characteristics of postal mail delivering information,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of postal mail delivering training information.It also discussed the advantages and limitation of delivery training information by sending email,and thought that sending emails played a positive role.
