正面碰撞试验中假人肩带力、胸部加速度与胸部位移间关系的研究

摘　　要：对正面碰撞试验中假人胸部安全带肩带力、胸部加速度、胸位移间的关系进行了分析。通过引用假人安全带肩带力与胸位移的弹性系数k1和胸部所受X向合力与胸位移的弹性系数k2,将安全带肩带力和胸部加速度分别转换成与胸位移d有可比性的位移d1和d2,并提出了在被动安全件开发中,将位移d1、d2和d进行对比分析以确定试验效果有效性或提出改进方案的分析方法。The correlation between the dummy,s upper belt force,thorax acceleration and thorax distance in the frontal impact test is analyzed.By using elastic coefficient k1 of dummy＇s upper belt force and thorax distance and the elastic coefficient k2 of X-direction resultant force of thorax and thorax distance,the belt upper force and thorax acceleration are converted to displacement d1and d2 which are comparable with thorax distance,it is also presented in the paper that in the development of passive safety components,to compare and analyze d1,d2 and d to determine effectiveness of test effect.
