摘　　要：整理古医籍及现代研究中有关膝骨关节炎的文献,分析其临床特点;认为膝骨关节炎属"本痿标痹,痹痿并存",宜从筋论治,内外兼顾。This paper reviews the ancient books of Chinese medicine and modern literature on knee osteoarthritis,analyzes the clinical characteristics of this kind of disease,and considers that the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis should be ＂flaccidity in the root and obstruction in the branch,and obstruction and flaccidity existing together＂,and the treatment method is to treat tendons by combined internal and external administration.
