电针不同穴位组合对阿片类药物依赖者情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针对阿片类药物成瘾者情绪的干预作用。方法:120例阿片类药物成瘾者经脱毒治疗后随机分为4组:对照组、针刺1组(内关、神门)、针刺2组(T5、T7夹脊穴)、针刺3组(内关、神门、T5、T7夹脊穴);分别于治疗前及治疗1周、2周、3周后用汉密尔顿焦虑量表和抑郁量表对患者情绪进行评定。结果:治疗后各针刺组在改善海洛因依赖者的焦虑和抑郁症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗2周后针刺2组和针刺3组均优于针刺1组(P<0.05)。在改善抑郁方面针刺3组在治疗3周后优于针刺2组(P<0.05)。结论:电针双侧内关、神门、T5、T7夹脊穴在改善阿片类药物依赖者的情绪方面效果显著。Objective： To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at different acupoint groups on emotion of opioid-dependent patients.Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of opioid-withdrawal with negative urine morphine were randomized into four groups： control group in which 30 cases were given no treatment,1st acupuncture group in which 30 cases were treated by electroacupuncture at Neiguan（PC 6） and Shenmen（HT 7）,2nd acupuncture group in which 30 cases were treated by electroacupuncture at T5 and T7 Jiaji points,and 3rd acupuncture group in which 30 cases were treated by electroacupuncture at Neiguan（PC 6）,Shenmen（HT 7）,T5 and T7 Jiaji points.The patients＇ emotion was assessed by Hamilton anxiety and depression scales before treatment and one week,two weeks and three weeks after treatment.Results： After treatment,the anxiety and depression symptoms of heroin-dependent patients were improved more significantly in the acupuncture groups than in the control group（P0.01）;two weeks after treatment,the effects were better in the 2nd and 3rd acupuncture groups than in the 1st acupuncture group（P0.05）.After three-week treatment,the improvement of depression symptom was more excellent in the 3rd acupuncture group than in the 2nd acupuncture group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Electroacupuncture at Neiguan（PC 6）,Shenmen（HT 7）,T5 and T7 Jiaji points is quite effective to improve opioid-dependent patients＇ emotion.
