摘  要:三元复合驱螺杆泵井转子结垢现象普遍存在,是螺杆泵井检泵周期变短的主要原因之一。针对如何降低大庆油田三元复合驱螺杆泵井转子结垢速率开展了研究。利用化学分析法和物理电镜扫描方法对结垢转子不同部位的垢样的成分及结构特征进行了分析,分析结果表明:由于不同区块储层物性不尽相同,转子结垢的速率及垢的组分均不相同,且转子不同部位的结垢形式也有较大差异。在此基础上提出了物理、化学相结合的清防垢技术对策。现场试验表明:采用物理、化学清防垢相结合的综合治理措施,能够有效延长螺杆泵井的检泵周期。The rotor scale deposit appearance of progressive cavity pump well by ASP flooding exists widely, which is one of the main reasons that reduce the pump inspection cycle. This paper researches how to reduce the rotor scaling rate of progressive cavity pump well by ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield. The component and structural features of scale deposit on the different parts of scaled rotor are analyzed by using chemical analysis and SEM scanning methods, and the results show that because the reservoir property of different blocks are different, the rotor scaling rate and component are different, and scaling forms of rotor on the different parts are also different. Based on this result, the removing scale strategy combining physical and chemical methods are proposed. According the pilot test, combined physical and chemical method can prolong the pump inspection cycle of progressive cavity pump well.
