摘  要:苏里格气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡西部,具有典型的"三低"(低渗透率、低压力、低丰度)特征,采用常规方式开采,难以实现经济有效开发。为了经济有效地开发该气田,在攻克了多种技术难题的基础上,以低成本开发为指导思想,形成了"井下节流、井口不加热、不注醇、中低压集气、井口带液计量、井间串接、常温分离、二级增压、集中处理"等独具特色的苏里格气田地面工艺建设模式。同时在建设过程中,大力实施数字化管理,全面推行标准化设计、模块化建设、数字化管理、市场化服务,有效地控制了成本,降低了投资,满足了该气田大规模开发建设的需要,极大地提升了气田管理和规模建设的水平和能力。Tight heterogeneous gas reservoirs in the Sulige Gas Field have typical characteristics of low pressure,low permeability,and low abundance,so as not to be exploited easily by the conventional development methods.In order to find out a cost-effective construction mode for the economical and efficient development of the Sulige Gas Field,we have carried out a number of field tests including downhole throttling,medium-and low-pressure gas gathering,cross-well connection,two stage turbocharging system,and wellhead emergency shut-off.On the basis of the achievements in technical solution,many specific techniques have been formed for the implementation of the ground surface construction mode in the Sulige Gas Field such as downhole throttling,no heating at wellhead,no alcohol injection,medium-and low-pressure gas gathering,wellhead liquid-carrying measurement,cross-well connection,normal temperature separation,two stage turbocharging,and centralized handling.Meanwhile during the process of field construction,digital management has been implemented,standardized design and modularized operation have been widely promoted,so the investment has been reduced and the cost has been under well control as a result,which can not only meet the requirement of large scale development of this field but improve the level and capacity of field management and construction.
