摘  要:天然气循环钻井是一种新型的气体钻井工艺,可以使钻井用天然气得到循环使用,有效节约成本,提高钻井效率,保护环境;但该工艺技术复杂,对系统安全性要求较高。为此,运用故障树模型与蒙特卡罗仿真相结合的方法,首先分析工艺过程存在的危险源以及可能发生的事故;建立基于故障树模型的工艺过程仿真逻辑关系,采用蒙特卡罗仿真方法对系统进行事故模拟,从而对该系统的可靠性作出了定量分析。通过针对泄漏事故、超压爆炸事故以及压缩机事故的仿真,得出相应的系统平均失效时间、不可靠度以及单元重要度等可靠性参数。结论认为:该钻井系统的可靠性能够满足天然气循环钻井试验的要求。A circular natural gas drilling system is a new gas drilling process,the drilling-used natural gas can be recycled to save cost,improve drilling efficiency,and reduce the impact on the environment.This drilling process,however,is complicated as well as having extremely strict requirements for drilling system safety.In view of this,the hazards and potential accidents during this drilling process are first analyzed in combination with fault tree modeling and Monte Carlo simulation.Then a logical simulation relationship is set up according to the procedures coming out of the Fault Tree Modeling and accident simulation is performed on this drilling process by use of Monte Carlo simulation.On basis of this,quantitative analysis is made on the reliability of this drilling system.Through simulation of the leakage,overpressure explosion and compressor accidents,the reliability parameters are thus obtained like the average failure time,unreliability and unit importance of this circular drilling system.The results show that the reliability of this drilling system can meet the requirements of the experiments of circular natural gas drilling.
