摘 要:电机的温升和通风沟内流体的研究对电机高效、安全和稳定运行有着重要的影响,根据流体力学和传热学理论,给出求解传热问题的能量方程。以YKK400-6(690kW)中型高压异步电机为例,分别建立电机转子、定子的三维数学模型和物理模型,给出相应的基本假设和边界条件。采用有限体积法对流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合求解,计算出了高压异步电动机径向通风沟内冷却气体的流动情况,电机定、转子的温度场分布。对计算结果进行分析并且与实测结果进行对比。研究结果表明:采用流体场和温度场耦合的算法,能够了解通风沟内冷却气体复杂的流动情况,计算出电机的温度场更加准确。Researching on temperature field and fluid field inside ventilation duct plays important part in guaranteeing motor high effective,secure and reliable operation.According to the theory of fluid dynamics and heat transfer,solved equations of heat transfer were given.A YKK400-6(690kW) medium size high voltage asynchronous motor was taken as an example.The mathematical model and physical model of 3D stator and rotor solved region were established,the bourdary conditions and assumptions of solved region were given,coupled equations can be solved using finite volume method.Fluid field distribution inside radial ventilation duct was shown.The rotor and stator 3D temperature field were computed.The calculated results were analyzed.The computed results were compared with measured value.The results show that the complicated fluid field can be known in the ventilation duct by coupled field.The calculative results of temperature field are more accurate.
