摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定硝苯地平片含量。方法:采用Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以水-乙腈-甲醇(30:35:35)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长235 nm,进样量20μL。结果:硝苯地平线性范围为40～140μg.mL-1(r=0.9996),最小检测量为7.7 ng。结论:本法精密度好,结果准确、可靠、灵敏,可用于硝苯地平片的含量测定。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of content of nifedipine.Methods：The chromatography was performed on Symmetry C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） water,acetonitrile,and methanol（30∶35∶35） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the absorbance was monitored at 235 nm.The injection volume was 20 μL.Results：The calibration curves of Nifedipine was linear in the range of 40-140 μg·mL-1（r=0.9996）.The limit of detection was 7.7 ng.Conclusion：The method is accurate,credible and sensitive.It can be used for controlling the quality of nifedipine tablets.
