摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定胆康胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法:色谱柱:X BridgeTMC18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:323 nm。结果:绿原酸浓度在2.58～46.44μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.87%,RSD为1.1%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于胆康胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Dankang capsules.Method：The X Bridge TM C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（15∶85）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 323 nm.Results：A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 2.58-46.44 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 97.87% with RSD 1.1%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be used for the quality control of Dankang capsules.
