摘 要:研究了基于零价铁(ZVI)的高级Fenton法(AFP)与超声波(US)联用技术对偶氮染料酸性大红的去除。研究了各种反应参数,零价铁的量、初始H2O2和染料的浓度及pH值对酸性大红去除的影响,得到了最佳的反应条件。实验结果表明,AFP-US与ZVI、US、US-ZVI、US-H2O2及ZVI-H2O2相比能提高染料的去除效率。在最佳实验条件下([ZVI]0=0.3 g·L-1,[H2O2]0=2.0 mmol·L-1,初始pH3.0,(20±2)0C的超声条件下),初始浓度为200.0 mg·L-1的染料处理30 min后剩余浓度为7.5 mg·L-1。AFP-US还能部分去除酸性大红溶液的COD值。Advanced Fenton process (AFP) using zero-valent iron (ZVI) in the presence of ultrasound (US) was studied as a potential technique to remove an azo dye, C.I. Acid Red 73. The influence of various reaction parameters, iron dosage, initial concentration of H202 and dye, and pH values on Acid Red 73 removal were studied and optimum conditions were obtained. The rate constants for the process were also investigated. The results showed that AFP-US can enhance the dye removal compared with ZVI-US, H2O2-US and AFP. And the residual concentration of Acid Red 73 decreased with the in- crease of ZVI dosage and hydrogen peroxide concentration, but increased with the increase of initial pH value. AFP-US can partly remove COD values of AR 73.
