长三角经济增长中土地贡献的现状和趋势——对长三角主要特征城市的实证分析

摘　　要：本文选取长三角地区有代表性的特征城市,并对其经济增长中土地要素的贡献及作用趋势进行核算和分析。结果表明,土地贡献率及其趋势与城市的经济规模和发展程度存在负相关性。本文据此提出,完善土地利用制度,制定科学和严格的城市发展规划,有助于长三角城市尽快摆脱粗放式发展,进入集约和可持续发展的良性轨道。This paper focuses on the accounting and analysis of the contribution of land factors in the economic growth in selected cities in the Yangtze River Delta and its trends. Results show that the contribution of land and it＇ s tendency to the economic growth have negative correlation with the size and economic scale of the cities. The author concludes that further improvement of the land utilization system, preparation of well - designed development strategies and strict urban planning will help all cities in the Yangtze River Delta break away from extensive development and get on the right track of intensive and sustainable development as soon as possible.
