摘  要:采用电火花强化技术在碳钢表面制备了钴基合金强化层,在不同摩擦速度和载荷条件下进行了摩擦磨损试验,研究了强化层的摩擦学行为与机制。结果表明:钴基合金强化层具有良好的耐磨性能;强化层的摩擦因数随摩擦速度和载荷的增加呈现出先增大后减小的变化规律。低速低载时,强化层主要磨损机理为微观切削与多次塑变磨损;高速高载时,磨损机理逐渐转变为粘着磨损、微观断裂、氧化磨损和一定的磨料磨损。The Co-base strengthened coatings were prepared on the surface of carbon steel by electro spark deposition technology.A series of experiments were fulfilled under different speed and load,and the tribological behavior and mechanisms were studied.The results show that the coating exhibits excellent wear resistance.The friction coefficient of the coating increases with the increase of speed and load,but then decreases when the speed and load exceed a critical value.The main wear mechanisms of the coating are micro-cutting and multi-plastic deformation wear under low speed and light load.At high speed and heavy load,the main wear mechanisms of the coating are adhesive wear,micro-cracks and oxidation wear accompanied with abrasive wear.
