摘　　要：通过对PC钢棒常用钢种30MnSi、30Si和45Si2Cr的热处理性能、末端淬透性和低温冲击性能进行比较和分析,确定了较大直径PC钢棒选用钢种的原则。结果表明,45Si2Cr钢淬透性好,强度富余量大,工艺参数调节余地大,更适宜生产较大直径PC钢棒。Heat treatment performance,end quenching hardenability and low temperature impact energy of 30MnSi,30Si and 45Si2Cr steels usually used for producing PC steel bar were investigated to select suitable steel for PC steel bar with relatively larger diameter.Results show that 45Si2Cr steel has better hardenability,higher strength and more processing flexibility than the others,it is suitable for larger diameter PC steel bar.
