摘　　要：采用体视检测、显微组织观察、硬度测试、成分分析等分析方法,对气门弹簧早期失效原因进行分析。结果表明,失效弹簧材料成分和组织基本符合55CrS i钢的技术要求,预先存在的裂纹是导致该批试样提早失效的根本原因。Macrograph,microstructure,hardness and composition of the failed valve spring were analyzed.The microstructure and composition of the tested specimens meet the requirement of 55CrSi steel.The presence of Pb and Sn elements indicates that the micro-crack is the basic reason of the spring fail.
