摘　　要：目的探讨桡骨带血管骨瓣结合克氏针治疗腕舟骨骨不连的临床效果。方法采取腕背侧血管网的分支动脉进行逆行转位，制成的桡骨带血管骨瓣结合克氏针治疗13例腕舟骨骨不连，术中保留桡骨茎突。结果本组随访4-12个月，复查x线所有患者骨折均愈合，术前囊性变区可见骨小梁通过，骨折线均于16周内消失；腕部疼痛以及腕关节桡偏及背伸受限等症状、体征消失。本组术后疗效优9例，良4例，优良率100％。结论采用桡骨带血管骨瓣转位结合克氏针内固定治疗腕舟骨骨不连效果满意。Objective To investigate the effects of vascularized radial flap combined with Kirschner wire in treatment of scaphoid nonunion. Methods With retrograde translocation of a branch of the dorsal carpal arterial, vascularized radial flap was made and combined with Kirschner wire to treat 13 cases of seaphoid nonunion, and the radial styloid was retained. Results All patients were followed up for 4 to 12 months and reviewed by X-ray test, which showed all fractures were healed and trabecular bone was seen through preoperative cystic degeneration areas. The fracture line disappeared in 16 weeks; the symptoms and signs of wrist pain and carpal radial deviation and dorsiflexion limited were also disappeared. The recovery was excellent in 9 cases, good in 4 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion The effect of vascularized radial flap combined Kirschner wire in treatment of scaphoid nonunion is satisfactory.
