摘  要:研究了低温(10℃)下混合菌降解柴油过程中脱氢酶活性在不同反应时间、柴油初始质量浓度、混合菌液加入量等条件下的变化情况。实验结果表明:在柴油初始质量浓度为100 mg/L时,脱氢酶的活性始终较低;在柴油初始质量浓度为300,600,900 mg/L时,反应第1天脱氢酶的活性相差不大,随反应时间的延长,柴油初始质量浓度越高,对应的脱氢酶活性越高;在柴油初始质量浓度为450 mg/L、混合菌液加入量为5 mL的条件下,反应2天后脱氢酶的活性达最高值39.6 mg/(L·h),反应4天后柴油质量浓度为25.1 mg/L,混合菌对柴油的降解率为94.4%。The change of the dehydrogenase activity in the process of diesel fuel degradation with mixed bacteria at low temperature ( 10 ℃) under different conditions of reaction time, different initial diesel fuel mass concentration and mixed bacteria dosage was researched. The experimental results show that: When the initial diesel fuel mass concentration is 100 mg/L, the dehydrogenase activity is low all the time; When the initial diesel fuel mass concentration is 300,600,900 mg/L, the dehydrogenase activity has no remarkable change in the first day of reaction, but with the reaction time, it is positively correlated with the initial diesel fuel mass concentration; Under the conditions of initial diesel fuel mass concentration 450 mg/L and mixed bacteria dosage 5 mL, the highest dehydrogenase activity is 39.6 mg/( L - h) after 2 days of reaction, the diesel fuel mass concentration is 25.1 mg/L and the degradation rate of diesel fuel is 94.4% after 4 days of reaction.
