摘 要:采用四丁氧基钛(tetrabutyl titanate,TBT)水解制备纳米TiO2并采用2-羟基苯甲酸(2-hydroxybenzoic acid,2-HBA)对其进行了原位有机表面改性.采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热分析(TGA)和透射电镜(TEM)等对表面改性前后的纳米Ti O2进行了表征,证明了2-HBA是以化学键合的方式结合在纳米TiO2的表面,形成了有机修饰层.紫外-可见透光光谱和分散性实验结果表明:表面改性纳米TiO2在有机溶剂乙醇和氯仿中分散性较好,在液体石蜡中分散性较差.初步实验结果发现改性后纳米TiO2能更均匀稳定地分散于一种光信息储存膜材料中(聚乙烯醇/聚丙烯酰胺,PVA/PAM),且能显著提高膜的强度和信息储存能力.The in-situ surface organic modification of nanosized TiO2 with 2-hydroxybenzoic acid prepared by controlling the hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate was studied.The prepared samples were characterized by FT-IR,TGA and TEM.According to the spectra of FT-IR and TGA,it was inferred that the 2-hydroxybenzoic acid was bound on the surface of nanosized TiO2 particles and a short chain organic coating layer also formed.The dispersed experiments and UV-vis transmittance spectra indicate that the surface-modified nanosized TiO2 are dispersed well in alcohol and chloroform,and in toluene and dibutylphthalate,which are slightly turbidity,but not well dispersed and form precipitation in paraffin liquid.When the surface-modified nanosized TiO2 were dispersed into the photic information storage membrane,the intensity and the storage capability of the membrane(PVA/PAM) were improved evidently.
