睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术治疗绝对期青光眼的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术治疗绝对期青光眼的护理方法。方法对49例（49眼）行睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术的绝对期青光眼患者实施围手术期护理，观察治疗效果及并发症。结果49例患者治愈43例（87．76％），好转4例（8．16％），有效率为95．92％，无效2例（4．08％），经第二次睫状体冷冻术后好转，2例前房出血，随访3个月～1年无复发及眼球萎缩。结论睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管结扎术可以有效控制眼压，配合系统的护理措施，能增强疗效，减少并发症。Objective To discuss the nursing method of cyclocryosurgery and vasa ciliary ligation in treating absolute glaucoma.Methods Give perioperative nursing to absolute glaucoma patients who had cyclocryosurgery and vasa ciliary ligation, observe the therapeutic effects and complications.Results Forty-three cases of 49 patients were cured(87.76%),4 cases (8.16%) were improved. The rate of cure and improvement was 95.92%. Two cases (4.08%) who were improved after second cyclocryosurgery had no improvement, 2 cases have hyphema. Followed up for 3 months to 1 year without recurrence and eyeball atrophy.Conclusions The methods of cyclocryosurgery associated with vasa ciliary ligation in treating absolute glaucoma can effective control of intraocular pressure, with systematic nursing method,will enhance the efficacy and reduce complications.
