清心莲子饮结合西医常规疗法对Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白和肌酐比值的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清心莲子饮结合西医常规疗法对Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白和肌酐比值的影响。方法将63例患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(31例),两组均予西医常规疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用清心莲子饮;两组均治疗8周,观察治疗前后尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血清肌酐(Scr)和血清尿素氮(BUN)变化情况。结果治疗组在降低尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清心莲子饮结合西医常规疗法能有效降低Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白/肌酐比值,疗效优于西药对照组。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Qingxin Lianzi Decoction＂ and routine therapy on U-Alb and creatinine ratio（UACR） in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-three cases were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases） and control group（31 cases）.The control group was treated by routine therapy and the treatment group was treated by combination of routine therapy and ＂Qingxin Lianzi Decoction＂,with the course of 8 weeks.The UACR,HbAlC,Scr and BUN were observed before and after the treatment.Results UACR was decreased more significantly in treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Qingxin Lianzi Decoction＂ is quite effective for phase Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy by reducing the UACR.
