长皮膏结合中药离子导入治疗指端伤残创口疗效观察

摘　　要：探讨长皮膏结合中药离子导入对指端伤残创口肿胀、疼痛和创面愈合时间的影响。方法将86例单指指端伤残创口患者按先后顺序分为两组,治疗组43例,外用长皮膏创面换药结合中药离子导入治疗,对照组43例,单纯外用长皮膏创面换药,两组均1次/2d。结果长皮膏结合中药离子导入治疗指端伤残创口,可以明显缩短患指创面愈合时间(P<0.01);两组治疗7d后治疗组比对照组肿胀减轻(P<0.05),两组治疗14d后治疗组比对照组肿胀、疼痛减轻(P<0.05)。结论长皮膏结合中药离子导入是中医药治疗指端伤残创口的更佳方法。To observe the effects of combined ＂Zhangpi Ointment＂ with herbal ion introduction on the swelling, pain and healing time of finger wounds. Methods Eighty-six subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 43 cases were treated by ＂Zhangpi Ointment＂ and herbal ion introduction, and control group in which 43 cases were treated by ＂Zhangpi Ointment＂ only. Results The wounds-healing time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; after 7-day treatment, the swelling Was relieved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after 14-day treatment, the swelling and pain were relieved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Zhangpi Ointment＂ with herbal ion introduction is quite effective in healing finger wounds.
