摘 要:从叶组配方、加工措施和辅助材料3方面综述了2004年以来国内外烟草工业卷烟减害研究进展,尤其是加工措施方面。认为卷烟减害是一项系统工程,烟草工业应对卷烟减害进行系统深入细致的研究,应强化叶组配方、加工措施和辅助材料方面的减害研究,既要研究对有害成分的影响,同时也要研究对烟气毒理学指标和吸味品质的影响。任何烟丝添加剂减害研究均应包括6个方面:添加剂安全性评价、烟气有害成分分析及添加剂成分分析、有害成分降低、添加剂热解产物分析、烟气感官评价和烟气毒理学评价。The progress in products' harm reduction in tobacco industries at home and abroad since 2004 was reviewed in terms of cigarette blend, processing technology and auxiliary materials, especially in processing l technology. It was believed that harmful components reducing in cigarette smoke was a systemic engineering and should be studied systemically and intensively, and stressed on cigarette formulation, processing technology and auxiliary materials, not only their effects on harmful components in cigarette smoke but also their effects on toxicological index and smoking quality of cigarette smoke. The research and developments of any additives aimed at harm reduction should include the following aspects: safety evaluation of the additive, analysis of harmful components and additive components in cigarette smoke, reducing of harmful components, analysis of the pyrolytic products of the additive, sensory evaluation and toxicological assessment of cigarette smoke.
