摘 要:本文采用直接免疫荧光流式细胞术方法,检测了不同剂量X射线全身照射对小鼠脾细胞转铁蛋白受体(TfR)表达的影响及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性的变化。结果表明,大剂量照射(0.5~6.0Gy)抑制TfR的表达,且随照射剂量的增加TfR的表达呈明显的剂量依赖性下降,4Gy及以上剂量照射明显抑制IL-2活性;小剂量(25~200mGy)照射时,75mGy剂量照射刺激TfR的表达并可增强IL-2活性。说明大剂量和小剂量照射对TfR的表达产生不同的辐射效应,TfR在辐射免疫效应产生过程中发挥作用。Using direct immunoflurescence and flow cytometric analysis,the expression of transferrin receptor(TfR) in lymphocytes in mouse spleens was examined and the activity of IL 2 was assayed after the whole body irradiation (WBI) with X rays in different doses. The findings showed that the WBI with high dose of X rays (0.5~6.0 Gy) inhibited TfR expre ssion and the expression of TfR decreased with dose increase in an obvious dose dependent manner, and that WBI in 4 Gy and more inhibited the activity of IL 2 but the WBI in 75 mGy could stimulate TfR expression and enhanced the activity of IL 2. It is demonstrated that TfR expressions play a role in induction of immune effects by ionizing radiation. (
