摘　　要：福建省水煤浆研发与生产应用示范基地水煤浆厂是以神华水煤浆专用煤(属低阶烟煤)和印染废水为原料,采用低阶煤制高浓度水煤浆工艺生产的水煤浆产品,可供水煤浆锅炉使用并配套蒸汽余压发电工程。该项目的建成投产,证明了神华环保水煤浆制备和燃烧技术的成熟性和可靠性,拓宽了水煤浆行业原料的选择范围,降低了生产成本,为我国印染行业污废综合利用、节能减排起到积极的示范作用。Shenhua coal（a low rank bituminous coal） and dyeing waste-water were used as raw materials in the coal slurry plant of R D and production demonstration base in Fujian province.The high-concentration coal water slurry products,prepared from the low rank coal could be used in the CWS boiler and to support the assorted residual pressure steam power generation projects.The construction and operation of this project approved that the preparation and combustion technology of Shenhua environmental coal-water slurry was mature and reliable.The project,which broadened the range of optional raw materials in CWS industry and decreased the production costs,played a positive role during the utilization of printing and dyeing industry waste-water.
