摘　　要：南山选煤厂采用KZG400/2000型快开式隔膜压滤机对尾煤泥进行脱水,达到了降低滤饼水分和缩短循环时间的效果,解决了该厂煤泥水处理能力不足的问题,为实现洗水闭路循环打下了坚实的基础,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The coal slime was dehydrated using KZG400/2000 quick-operating membrane pressure filter in Nanshan coal preparation plant,and the effect of decreasing filter cake moisture and shortening circulation time could be achieved.The problem of insufficient ability of coal slime water treatment was solved,and good economic benefits and social benefits were obtained.The solid foundation realizing closed water circuit circulation was built.
