摘  要:目的 解决葡萄球菌凝固酶试验假阳性的问题 ,提高其检测的敏感性和特异性。方法 以试管法为金标准 ,对玻片法进行不同血浆稀释度试验和方法学的评价。结果 检测 85株葡萄球菌凝固酶 ,其中检出金黄色葡萄球菌 19株 ,溶血葡萄球菌 4 0株 ,表皮葡萄球菌 14株 ,其它葡萄球菌 12株 ,对于玻片法不同的血浆稀释度 ,检出的诊断敏感性和特异性各有不同。结论 玻片法血浆浓度是否合适直接影响血浆凝固酶试验的诊断效率。通过ROC曲线显示 ,1∶16~ 1∶3 2为最佳稀释范围 ,该文选择Objective The false reaction remains one of the major factors that influence the specifity and sensitivity in detection of staphycocci from various clinical material with plasma coagulase testusing slide method.Methods The plasma concentration in standard slide method system was step-diluted up to 128 times. Eighty-five strains staphycocci isolated from clinical materials, including 19 strains S. Aureus, 40 strains S. Hemolysis, and 14 strains S. Epidermidis, were used to check the optimal concentration of the plasma in the slide method, with test tube method as standard reference in the present investigation. Results ROC plotting showed that dilution of the plasma could influence the specificity and sensitivity of the slide method. Conclusion Sixteen to 32 fold dilution of plasma is recommended as theoptimal concentration in the slide method in sight of specificity and sensitivity.
