摘　　要：作者施行法乐氏四联症矫正术１０５例，其中室缺修复以一圈垫片褥式缝合固定补片，单纯右室流出道加宽６１例，跨瓣环加宽４４例。术后右／左室压比值下降满意，无早期死亡。认为严密的术前准备、畸形矫正完善。caseswereunderwentthetotalcorrectionoftetralogyofFallotsuccessfullyfromApril1995toJanuary1999Weanalyzednotonlythecorrelationbetweenpreoperativeleftventriculardiastolicendvolumeindex(<30ml/m2)andpostoperativeratioofrightventricularpressuretoleftventricularpressure,butalsothecorrelationbetweentreatmentsinperiodsofpreoperation,operation,postoperationandtheoperativeoutcomesTheratioofrightventricularpressuretotheleftventricularpressureunder05andtheleftventriculardiastolicendvolumeindexlessthan30ml/m2didntincreasetherateofoperativemortalityStrictpreoperativepreparation,excellentcorrectionofanomaly,properperioperative managementwerethekeyrolestothesuccessfuloperationWe concluded surgicalindicationsofTetralogyofFallotshouldbeexpandedproperlyEnhancingperioperativemanagementisnecessarytoseverepatients
