痰热清注射液治疗麻疹136例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和评价痰热清注射液在麻疹治疗中的疗效。方法将272例麻疹患者分为治疗组136例和对照组136例。对照组用病毒唑注射剂,治疗组加用痰热清注射液治疗,疗程均为7d。结果治疗总有效率治疗组(86.7%)明显高于对照组(75.7%),P<0.05。两组的症状、体征开始减轻至完全消失的时间比较,均有显著性差异,治疗组明显短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液治疗麻疹安全、有效,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of measles.Methods 272 cases of measles were divided into 136 cases of the treatment group and 136 cases of the control group.The main treatment were with ribavirin injection in the control group and added with Tanreqing injection in the treatment group,treatment of 7 days.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（86.7% Vs 75.7%,P0.05）.There was significantly difference between two groups in the time that symptoms and signs began to reduce to completely disappear（P0.05）.Conclusion Tanreqing injection treatment on measles is effective and safe,it is worth to promote the use of clinically.
