摘　　要：以2,4-二氯-6-碘苯胺为原料,通过Sonogashira交叉偶联反应以及环合反应合成5,7-二氯-2-辛基-1H-吲哚,反应总收率为86.8%,该反应条件温和,收率较高,产物立体选择性好,产物结构经1H NMR和MS得到了确证。5,7-Dichloro-2-octyl-1H-indole was synthesized through Sonogashira coupling reaction and annulation reaction using 2,4-dichloro-6-iodoaniline as the initial material.The reaction was readily performed with good yield and good selectivity under mild conditions and convenient operations.The yield of 5,7-dichloro-2-octyl-1H-indole was up to 86.8%.The product was determined by MS and^1H NMR spectroscopy.
