摘  要:椰油酰胺羟丙基磺基甜菜碱(CASB)具有水溶性强、抗硬水、发泡力强、温和和易生物降解等优点,可用于泡沫驱油和日化用品等行业,具有较高的开发价值和广阔的应用前景。研究了CASB的合成较优条件和其泡沫性能。结果表明,n(椰油酰胺丙二胺)∶n(3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠)=1∶1.3,反应时间5 h和反应温度100℃下,叔胺转化率达到98.49%。w(CASB)≥0.3%时,泡沫高度变化不大,最大起泡高度达到19 cm。CASB起泡性耐酸碱性较好,在考察pH范围内起泡高度都大于17 cm,当pH值为12时,起泡高度达到最高。Cocoamide dimethyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine(CASB) with the advantages of strong water-soluble,anti-hard water,foaming ability,mild and easily biodegradable can be used in foam fuel scavenge and daily chemical products and other industries with high development value and broad application prospects.The optimum conditions of synthesizing CASB and its foam property were investigated.The results showed that when n(cocoamide diaminopropane)∶ n(3-chloro-2 – hydroxypropyl sulfonate sodium) = 1∶1.3,reaction time was 5 h and reaction temperature was 100 ℃,the tertiaryamine conversion rate could be 98.49%.The foam height changed little and the maximum height reached 19 cm when W(CASB) ≥ 0.3%.CASB was both acid-resistant and alkali-resistant.Within the scope of the study the foam height was always greater than 17 cm,and it was the highest when the pH value was 12.
