摘　　要：分析了目前纯彩棉产品的缺陷,提出选用白棉与彩棉交织开发纯棉织物新产品;并通过多项测试和实验分析,确定出最佳交织比例和采用新型酶处理的最优化工艺。该产品既保证了绿色健康的要求,而且性能优良,性价比又合理。In this paper are analyzed the disadvantages of pure color cotton product with the development of new product made of mixed color cotton and white cotton suggested. Through a set of tests and experimental analyses, an optimal interweave ratio and an optimized processing technology by using new enzyme treatment are determined. The newly developed product in this research not only meets the green healthy requirements but also has excellent characters and shows an acceptable cost performance.
