摘  要:从机器参数、原料、工艺原理、后整理工序等方面详细介绍了无地薄型提花织物生产工艺,在总结无地薄型提花织物工艺规律的基础上,探讨了该类产品的工艺设计方法。针对目前贾卡花型设计软件中无底意匠花型不直观、设计困难的缺点,提出了根据贾卡效应重新定义贾卡意匠颜色、根据提花规律校正花纹边缘颜色的设计思路,并在WKCAD4.0软件系统中实现了对该类无地织物贾卡花型的自动检查和校正。The production technology in developing thin jacquard fabric with no ground stitch is detailed from the aspects of the used machine parameters, raw materials, jacquard principle and finishing processes in the article. Based on the summary of the none - ground thin jacquard fabric process technology, in this article is also discussed the process design of these products. To overcome the current jacquard pattern design softwares without visual pattern effect, jacquard colors based on jacquard effect is redefined in this article and automatic checks and calibrations of none - ground jacquard pattern can be done in WKCAD 4.0 software.
