摘 要:新型蜂窝状微孔结构改性涤纶纤维的表面和横截面均有微孔结构,为了研究这种改性涤纶纤维及其织物的性能,将蜂窝状微孔改性涤纶纱线和普通涤纶纱线分别与同一种纯棉纱线交织制作成两种织物。对两种交织织物试样进行吸湿性、吸水性、折皱弹性、透气性及手感的测试与分析。结果显示:改性涤纶织物的吸湿性、快干性、透气性及折皱回复性均比普通涤纶织物明显提高,且改性涤纶织物手感柔滑,蓬松性和染色性能均优于涤纶织物。The new type of honeycomb micropore modified polyester fiber with micropore structure on the surface and the cross section can balance the disadvantage of normal polyester fiber. In order to study the performances of this new type of modified fiber and fabric, a comparative analysis of their moisture absorption, water absorption, crease recovery, breathability and touch of the new type of honeycomb micropore modified polyester - cotton interlaced fabric against normal polyester - cotton interlaced fabric is made. The result shows that the modified polyester interlaced fabric is of better moisture absorption, drying capacity, breathability and crease recovery than the normal polyester interlaced fabric. And former' s touch is soft and loft, and its dyeability is also better.
