摘　　要：采用了液压传动方式对传统软麻机进行改造,设计了专用动力头、液压传动箱和自动数字控制系统,从而使软麻机达到软麻效率高、软麻工艺可调、日常消耗低的效果。The ramie softening machine is reconstructed with a new hydraulic drive system which contains a special designed driving head, a hydraulic gearbox and an automatic digital control system. The reconstruction raises the machine working efficiency with the softening processing being flexible daily and cost reduced.
