摘　　要：广东省作为全国产学研试点,五年来对产学研合作各方面进行大胆尝试,其中合作动力与合作模式作为产学研合作一系列制约因素的关键,受到普遍重视。文章基于391家企业的问卷调查统计,着重分析广东省产学研合作动力与合作模式,找出制约深化合作的因素并提出相应对策,认为应当利用企业体现的积极性,主要从技术对接和社会服务机制两方面减少合作成本提高合作效果,建立长久合作机制。As the pilot industry- university- research cooperation base in china, Guangdong Province tried all aspects of cooperation bravely in the last 5 years. As the key to a series of constraints in cooperation, cooperation dynamic and cooperation mode received great attention. Based on 391 - questionnaire surveys of enterprises, we analyze the cooperation dy- namic and cooperation mode in Guangdong Province, then find the restricted factors of deepen cooperation and put forward the solutions. The paper believes that government should stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to improve the effectiveness of cooperation and reduce the cost mainly from the technical and social service, and then establish long - term cooperation mechanism.
