摘　　要：海峡西岸经济区的提出,推进了跨省区的合作。虚拟企业作为信息时代的一种全新运营模式,可以突破区域限制,在更大的范围内优化配置社会资源,为海峡西岸传统鞋、服产业的发挥提供了平台。在分析海西开展虚拟合作条件和现有虚拟企业合作模式的基础上,提出海西纺织鞋、服业虚拟企业的发展模式。The idea of Economic Zone on the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait has promoted the inter - provincial cooperation. Virtual enterprise as a new business model can break the regional restrictions and realize the optimization of resource in a larger range. It provides a platform for traditional clothing and shoe enterprises of the western coast. This paper analy- zes the conditions of carrying out the virtual co - operation and cooperation model of virtual enterprise in the western coast. Then we proposed a development model for the western coast virtual enterorises.
