摘　　要：针对长江流域水生态质量受人类开发活动影响,正呈现下降或恶化趋势的现状,介绍了长江源、长江上游段、中下游段及河口段的水生态概况及历史演变。结合实例,从近几十年长江流域水生态保护内容和方式的转变分析了水生态保护策略的演变规律,包括从单一物种保护向系统综合保护的转变、从末端保护向早期介入的转变、从被动应对到主动保护的转变,探讨了规划在水生态保护策略应用上的重要性。Aiming at the fact that the quality of water ecology in the Yangtze River Basin deteriorates under the influence of human developing activities,we present the general status and historic evolution of water ecology in the source region,upstream,mid-downstream and estuary of Yangtze River.Combining with practical examples,we analyze the evolution laws of protection strategy of water ecology on the basis of transformation of protection objects and mode of water ecology in the basin over the past few decades,including those from single species protection to comprehensive system protection,from terminal protection to initial intervention and from passive response to initiative protection.The importance of planning applied in the protection strategy of water ecology is discussed as well.
