长江流域水生态环境现状及保护修复对策

摘　　要：在对长江流域内水生生物资源、湿地、风景名胜区、自然保护区等水生态环境现状调查基础上,分析得出,水生态环境保护存在生物多样性下降、水环境恶化、湿地萎缩和生境退化、水资源开发产生的影响凸现等主要问题。提出了物种与生物资源保护、生境保护与修复、湿地保护与修复、自然保护区建设、管理与监测等可持续发展对策,以保障长江流域作为我国重要生态屏障的作用,使长江流域得到可持续发展,并最终促进我国经济社会的可持续发展。On the basis of investigation of status of water eco-environment including aquatic organism resources,wetlands,scenic spots and nature reserves,etc.,we conclude that the existing problems in the protection of water eco-environment are decline of biological diversity,water environment deterioration,wetland shrinkage,water eco-environment degradation and increasing visible influence of water resources development etc..We propose some countermeasures such as protection of species and biological resources,protection and restoration of habitats and wetlands,as well as construction,management and monitoring of nature reserves,so as to ensure the function of Yangtze River Basin as an important ecological barrier and promote the sustainable development of the basin and eventually,the economy and society of China.
