摘  要:在碱性条件下(pH值约为9),双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)可与Cu2+发生显色反应生成稳定的蓝色络合物Cu2+-BCO,其最大吸收波长约在603 nm处。该方法在国内被广泛地用于手工比色分析水体,合金及纯金属中的微量/痕量铜。本项研究试图在此手工比色分析基础之上,引入流动注射-分光光度技术,以期提高该法分析痕量铜的自动化程度。文中深入讨论了酸度、BCO浓度及缓冲溶液对灵敏度的影响,对仪器的各项参数进行了详细的优化。实验表明,在最优的实验条件下,该方法具有良好的选择性和抗干扰能力,其线性范围为:25~200μg.L-1,线性方程:A=0.0392×(Cu2+,/μg.L-1)+0.6657,r2=0.9998。表观摩尔吸光系数为0.89×103 mol.L-1.cm-1。测定120μg.L-1铜的加标水样,以20次连续进样计,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.61%。检出限(IUPAC)为2.5μg.L-1。样品的分析速度为20次/h。该方法各项参数可比现行国家铜的标准分析方法。在没有样品的浓缩、富集等复杂的样品前处理条件下,该方法可以直接分析地表水中痕量级(μg.L-1)的铜,回收率良好。Based on the sensitive and selective reaction of Cu2+ and biscyclohexanone oxaldihydrazone(BCO) in basic solution,a simple,sensitive and low cost,flow injection spectrophotometry method was developed for the determination of copper in surface water.In the research,all chemicals,and flow injection variables have been optimized.And the effects of reaction temperature and foreign ions have been studied in detail.At the optimum test conditions,the reaction of Cu2+ and BCO in basic media proceeds rapidly at room temperature without additional caloric.And the developed method provides a linearity range over 25 to 200 μg·L^-1.The linearity equation is A=0.0392×(Cu2+,/μg·L^-1)+ 0.6657,r2=0.9998.Apparent molar absorption coefficient is 0.89×10^3 mol·L-1·cm-1.The relative standard deviation(RSD) calculated from 20 times repeated injections is 4.61%(Cu2+,120 μg·L^-1The detection limit(IUPAC) is 2.5 μg·L^-1nalysis frequency is 20 times/h.The parameters of the proposed method were comparable with current national standard methods for the determination of copper in water samples.In the absence of some pretreatment process,such as concentration and separation,the proposed method could test directly copper at trace level(μg·L^-1)in surface water with well recoveries.
