摘　　要：建立等距型面的数学模型,利用FANUC系统的用户宏程序功能,编制等距型面的用户宏程序。该程序可以作为固定循环,当加工的等距型面边数不同时,可直接进行赋值调用。克服了手工编程与自动编程的不足,实现编程优化,提高了编程效率。The mathematical model of equidistant profile was built. The macro program function of FANUC system was used to develop the macro program for equidistant profile. The program could be used as a canned cycle. When machining equidistant profiles with different edges, the canned cycle could be called directly. The lacks of manual programming and automatic programming are over- come. Program is optimized and programming efficiency is improved.
