摘　　要：从国内外液压系统测试种类及存在的问题出发,根据静态测试原理,采用便携式有源液压测试仪对液压系统进行测试。该方法已经在20 t锻造机械手上应用,解决了液压设备的备品备件的顺序问题,为液压系统的测试提供一个准确、可靠、经济、广泛适用的途径。The hydraulic system was tested by portable source hydraulic dosimeters according to the principle of static testing, starting from hydraulic system test type and problems home and abroad. This method has been used in a 20 t forged manipulator, and solution of the equipment order problem of spare parts was provided for testing of the hydraulic system with a precise, reliable, economic and wide usage.
