摘　　要：从技术标准网络效应的角度研究专利联盟的战略优势,通过1993—2009年间成立的31个专利联盟的实证分析,指出技术标准网络效应下的国际专利联盟发展的显著特征和优势,最后结合我国专利联盟的发展现状,提出我国专利联盟发展的相关对策。The paper studies the strategic advantages of patent pools from the of view network effects,based on the empirical analysis of 31 patent pools established between 1993-2009 years,the paper points out the distinguished features and advantages of international patent pools under the influence of network effects on technical standards,then puts forward proposals and countermeasures combining with the management status of patent pools in China.
