摘　　要：本文通过对睾丸肿瘤患者临床护理措施及经验的总结,指出睾丸肿瘤患者在实施常规护理措施的同时,应进行就诊全过程的心理护理干预,从而使患者改善自卑、悲观、绝望甚至扭曲的不良心态,提升患者的家庭责任感,社会责任感,使患者出院时能坦然地接受现实,以积极的心态回归家庭和社会。To summarize the clinical nursing practices and experiences of testiculoma patients and to explore the mental nursing focus and mental nursing methods of testiculoma patients.Nurses have to carry out general nursing methods in testiculoma patients who were treatmented in our departments,meanwhile,they need to carry out positive mental nursing intervention from admission the reality.Patients accepted the reality frankly and took unperturbed and positive mentality into family and society when they were discharged.To carry out positive mental nursing intervention on testiculoma patients when they were in hospital,which can obviously improve the bad attitude of testiculoma patients,such as low self-esteem,pessimism,despair,increase sense of family and social responsibility of testiculoma patients,meanwhile,it can maintain positive and optimistic good attitude.
