摘  要:目的了解病理状态下乙酰胆碱能传出性前庭神经元的变化及功能。方法1.制作单侧前庭损伤动物模型。2.动物分组:A组:正常动物;B组:单侧前庭损伤急性期;C组:前庭损伤恢复期;D组:前庭功能完全恢复期。3.取动物脑干脑片,用ABC法检测传出性前庭神经系胆碱乙酰转移酶免疫组化反应。结果前庭功能低下侧传出性前庭神经系统的AchT阳性神经元减少,明显低于对侧,前庭损伤后两侧阳性神经元的灰度都增高,对侧传出性前庭神经元AchT明显增高。AchT阳性细胞数和活性程度增加一直持续到前庭代偿后。结论胆碱能传出性前庭神经系统在前庭代偿过程中起调节性作用。Objective Changes of choline acetyltransferase (AchT) in efferent vestibular neurons were observed to study the function of efferent vestibular system under pathologica conditions in the rats. Methods 1. An animal model of unilateral. vestibular damage was established. 2. All the rats were allocatedinto four groups. Group A: Normal animals; Group B: Acute period of vestibular disorder; Group C: recovering period of vestibular function; Group D: complete recovery period of vestibular function. 3. Changes of choline acetyltransferase (AchT) in efferent vestibular neurons in the above process were investigated using immunohistochemical method.Results At the period of vestibular dysfunction, the number of AchT immunoreactivity was reduced on the ipslateral vestibule, which was associate filateral increase of the gray scale of the neurons and the level of AchT immunoreactivity was increased on the contralateral side.Conclusion Cholinergic efferent vestibular system playsa modulating rale during the compensation process.
