摘 要:目的研究慢性肾功能不全(CRF)对耳蜗的影响。方法应用5/6肾切除法制造大鼠CRF模型,检测其肾功能及肾脏组织形态变化,观察CRF对实验动物脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)阈及耳蜗螺旋器表面超微结构的影响。结果模型组ABR阈提高值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),对螺旋器表面超微结构的损伤,主要表现为耳蜗各回内毛细胞静纤毛的不同程度缺失,外毛细胞静纤毛较少受损。结论CRF可影响耳蜗听毛细胞的结构与功能,导致不同程度感音神经性聋。Objective To study the influences of CRF on ABR and the surface ultrastructure of the cochlea in experimentally induced chronic renal failure (CRF) in rats. Results are found as follows: The values of auditory threshold elevation and ABR in the CRF rats were significantly higher than those of the controls ( P <0.01). The changes in surface ultrastructure of cochlear in the CRF rats turned out to be varying degrees of loss of stereocilia of the inner hair cells in all the cochlear rows, and the stereocilia of outer hair cells were almost spared. Conclusions CRF can injure the the stereocilia of hair cells and result in various degrees of sensorineural hearing loss.
