摘　　要：目的：建立测定保妇康泡沫剂中[牛尨]牛儿酮含量的方法。方法：采用RP—HPLC法测定含量，以C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，乙腈-甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（50：25：25）为流动相，流速1mL/min，检测波长：210nm，柱温：30℃。结果：[牛尨]牛儿酮含量在0．01844～0．14752μg范围内具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9991，平均回收率为100．03％，RSD为2．62％；结论：此方法分析时间短，重现性和稳定性较好，可作为保妇康泡沫剂的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining germacrone in Baofukang foamable composition. Methods： RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content on C18 （4.6mm×250mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrice - methanol-0. 4 % phosphoric acid （50： 25： 25）. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detective wave length was 210 nm. The column temperature was at 30℃. Results： The linear range of germaerone was good within 0. 0184 4 - 0. 147 52 μg（ r = 0. 999 1 ）. The average recovery was 100. 03 % （RSD = 2. 62 %）. Conclusions： The method is short, reproducible and stable. It can be used for quality control of Baofukang foamable composition.
